Reception

Dining

Weddings are individual special events so every wedding menu is customised to suit your requirements.  A wide selection of canapes, entrees, mains and desserts are available including specialty dessert bars.

Special meal requirements can be catered for but need to be advised well before the event.

Please note children over 12 will be charged adult rates.


Beverages

The standard Package includes five hours bar service (six hours during winter months) split between one hour of post Ceremony canapés service and four hours bar service (five hours during winter months).

Soft beverages, tea and coffee are provided for the duration of the reception.  Iced water stations are also provided.

Dance Floor

A large dance floor is incorporated within Calvin Hall with a separate area provided for a music trio or small band.

Decorations

Tables are set with white linen table cloths.  Special decoration requirements are the responsibility of the wedding group and require the approval of the on-site Manager.

Parking

Patrons can use the allocated parking area (80 car capacity) located just a short walk from the Wedding Rotunda and Garden Courtyard.

Disabled Facilities

Both Calvin House and Calvin Hall are equipped with disabled toilet facilities. Disabled parking is available.
